jusDO is a productivity app that helps users manage goals, tasks, and habits. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use jusDO.
By using jusDO, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we may collect:
- Email address
- User ID
- Authentication information
- Account creation and login-related data
We use Supabase to manage user accounts, authentication, and database storage.
App Content
jusDO may collect and store the content you create inside the app, including:
- Goals
- Tasks
- Habits
- Goal descriptions
- Generated task steps
- Completion status
- Progress history
- App preferences and settings
This information is used to provide the core functionality of the app, sync your data, and allow you to access your content from your account.
AI Goal Simplification Data
jusDO uses Google Gemini API to help simplify goals into suggested steps or tasks.
When you choose to use the AI goal-simplification feature, the goal text you submit may be sent to Google Gemini API for processing. The response is then returned to jusDO as suggested tasks or steps.
You should avoid submitting sensitive personal information, financial information, medical information, confidential information, or private information into the AI feature.
AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review and edit any generated tasks before relying on them.
Subscription and Purchase Data
jusDO uses RevenueCat and Apple App Store / StoreKit to manage subscriptions, purchases, and premium access.
We may process:
- Subscription status
- Purchase history
- Product or plan purchased
- Trial status
- Renewal or cancellation status
- App user ID or customer ID
We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payments are handled by Apple through the App Store.
Device and Technical Data
We may collect limited technical data, such as:
- Device type
- Operating system version
- App version
- Crash logs
- Diagnostics
- Performance data
This information helps us fix bugs, improve performance, and maintain app stability.

We use your information to:
- Create and manage your jusDO account
- Store and sync your tasks, goals, habits, and settings
- Provide AI-powered goal simplification
- Manage subscriptions and premium access

3. Third-Party Services
jusDO uses third-party services to operate the app:

We may share information only with service providers necessary to operate jusDO, such as authentication, database hosting, subscription management, AI processing, app diagnostics, or legal/security compliance.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your account and app data may be stored using secure cloud infrastructure provided by Supabase.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We keep your account and app data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide jusDO.
If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, or payment record purposes.
7. Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account directly within the jusDO application.
When you delete your account:
- Your account information will be permanently removed.
- Your tasks, goals, habits, settings, and associated data will be deleted.
- Access to premium features and synced data will be terminated.

8. Children's Privacy
jusDO is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Tracking and Advertising
jusDO does not sell personal data.
jusDO does not use your data to track you across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.
jusDO does not currently display third-party ads.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
