These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of jusDO, an iOS productivity app for managing goals, tasks, and habits.

By downloading, accessing, or using jusDO, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of jusDO

jusDO is provided to help you organize personal goals, tasks, habits, progress, and related app content. You are responsible for how you use the app and for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you create or submit.

You agree not to misuse jusDO, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or systems without permission, or use the app for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

2. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the goals, tasks, habits, notes, and other content you create in jusDO. You grant us permission to store, process, sync, and display your content as needed to provide and improve the app.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any law, infringe another person's rights, or include content you do not have permission to use.

4. AI-Powered Features

jusDO may include AI-powered features, such as simplifying goals into suggested steps or tasks. These features may process the goal text or prompt you submit through third-party AI services.

AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to rely on any AI-generated output.

You should not submit sensitive personal information, financial information, medical information, confidential information, or private information into AI-powered features.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

jusDO may offer paid subscriptions, premium features, trials, or in-app purchases. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and may also be managed with RevenueCat.

Subscription billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled by Apple under the App Store terms and policies. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

6. App Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of jusDO at any time. We may also add, remove, or change features, pricing, limits, or availability.

We aim to keep jusDO reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Intellectual Property

jusDO, including its design, branding, software, features, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of jusDO or permission to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except as allowed by law.

8. Privacy

Your use of jusDO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

9. Termination

You may stop using jusDO at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the app, or used jusDO unlawfully or abusively.

10. Disclaimers

jusDO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

jusDO is a productivity tool and does not provide professional, legal, financial, medical, or mental health advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of jusDO.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of jusDO after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement

Where required by the Apple App Store, use of jusDO is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:
